midnight on the bay

reading 5/31/12

Past: 

6 of Swords- Release of tension. Smooth sailing. Tranquility and peace of mind restored. You are leaving behind a period of strain, worry and anxiety.

Present:

9 of Wands- Standing up for yourself. Activating one’s defenses. Guarding oneself. Ability to resist an attack. You have been hurt in the past and have therefore assumed a protective posture. Once you overcome this final challenge, you are on the way to success, so don’t give up.

Future:

The Sun (Reversed)- Delay or partial success. Arrogance about one’s success. The sun is such a positive card that even in it’s reversed position it does not entirely lose it’s favorable meaning. It can still represent success, but only after delays or obstacles. Another possibility is that what you desire may be unattainable or unrealistic. Even if you get what you want, you may not feel satisfied with the outcome.

For a while you may feel like you have a perpetual dark cloudover your head.You may feel unloved or unappreciated. Are you filling your mind with negative affirmations?

so lets just go to sleep for seven months. no more headaches. no more wandering what im doing here. 

do i need this? i guess so, because im lonely single and i have absolutely no desire or interest in the dating scene. 

but the fact that i just said that makes me think about things so much more deeply.

sometimes i think the passions only there when you can hold me.

so lets just close our eyes for seven months.

but am i in love or am i just comfortable? is it wrong to be both? 

so its decided, lets just be both.
